How can any software company hire contractors and then
not own the code?! Ben Hermans is supposed to be a lawyer.
Can he be this stupid?!

I mean, any normal programmer employed by some company
works for that company and every line they code is owned by
the employer.

Is this a crazy world or what?!

@CodeSmith

Quote:
If that's the case then bbrv will need to get approval from all the other contractors, because Hyperion won't own the code.

Not only bbrv but every company that would want OS4 on their hardware
