Let me sum up (Shoot me down if I'm wrong!)

bbrv has asked Amiga Inc if they will consider terms for licensing OS4 for all Genesi platforms including the PegasosII. (This is big news!)

They have had a reply from Amiga Inc. that is tentatively encouraging. (This is also big news and a vast improvement on approaches made during the Amiga Too days)

Rogue has stated that he (they) have never been a barrier to this. That an agreement with Amiga will have to imply agreement by Hyperion. (As everyone knew that Hyperion would be having to do a port or help with a port - I think we can safely say this is old news!)

Is this a fair summary?
