1. There are no business terms being discussed here.

I can't find the word "terms" in jkirk's post. He - like many others, including me and the people directly involved in the "business" (see Rogue's reply to your "official" approach) - just pointed out that making business the way you are advocating is wrong.

Can you see the problem here?

Yes. Somebody here keeps posting junk. And, since he's starting to run out of its own, now starts posting also the junk he (supposedly) gets in his mailbox.

edit: added an 's' and a ')'... guess where

@bbrv

Please be a bit more discreet in your postings, posting a private email here without permission, is definately against Site T&C's.

I'm also unsure whether to take umbrage at the comment on $X to support AW.net, this site relies on advertising and donations, and as far as Im aware A.Inc have never advertised here. To even imply that A.Inc runs the show here belittles the work that the moderators and site staff do here. Just because we are unashamedly Pro Amiga (the OS), it does not mean we have any financial ties to Amiga Inc.

Mark

this is not helping your case. there are rules on this site called terms and conditions. you broke one by posting a private email. it does not matter if it is confidential or not.

Quote:
Can you see the problem here? Certainly, this person *is* a "doodoohead."

T&C #2&3 broken you ignored what the moderator posted and re-posted the email. you then proceeded to call the moderator a doodoohead. the moderators are the police of this forum if you don't respect them then how can you respect another companies business plans.

Quote:
There are no business terms being discussed here. If there were, they would be pretty simple. Here is an example:

and this is why there has been no response by ainc or hyperion( they don't do business on forums.

Quote:
There are no rules.

only if you don't want to do business with someone. you see there are rules you either play by them or go home. i know you don't want to hear this but i don't blame ainc for wanting to do buisness behind the scenes. honestly if you went and disclosed you license details in public and had to change them later there would be a lot of misgivings. but as it is nobody knows what another paid for a license so that is not a problem.

just don't expect the world to play by your rules when they make their own.

Arrogance without limits. Endless spamming.
This is not absolutely welcome.
