How can a PM be a "private" communication when it comes from an anonymous source?

What makes that email private is the fact that it's been sent to you and only you. The rule (i.e. law) here says: "Copyrighted Information: Copyrighted material, private email text, and other privileged information may not be posted here without prior written permission from the original author."
Did you get the permission from the author? I guess not, since you haven't claimed so and you don't even know who the guy is. So, you broke the law here. You had already been warned. You keep insisting with your unexcusable behaviour.

What does PM stand for?

Did Mr./Ms. Amonymous address it only to you and nobody else, or did he/she address it to the world at large in a public posting of his/her own?

There are no "rules" in how business is done. There are many opinions!

There are certainly laws, which are to be respected.

There are ethical issues that we apply to the way we live our lives.

Oh, you mean like when you send people rubber checks? When you insult people privately AND publically? yeah, your "ethics" are really quite "impressive" - and false!

when you send or wire people a check, it's a contract. And you have broken many contracts with those bad checks.

Accountability is an important issue. Being anonymous is a great thing, but in being anonymous one cannot expect anything to be private because it is not. The "privacy" button was pushed and it began before the message was sent.
Like when you sent me threatening PM's here and I then sent them to a moderator to deal with in the proper manner???
How's THAT for "Accountability"?

You don't know how to express yourself. conmunication is not your strong suit. maybe you need a fashion consultant.

It wasn't anonymous enough. As it was written, you could quite easily figure out the source by simply reading the whole thread.

I did that, and asked the author if it was ok to be published.
It was not, so it was a private PM.
