I sad this whole lawsuit mess was a "can of worms" and was right. Now it looks like Amiga Inc. has dug a hole to be closer to the worms.
I for one respect this Judge as he isn't playing games with the lawsuit, as some might. This judge discounted all those emails etc., and what counted was the Contract, and materials from the Thendic case on Amiga Inc. insolvency.
Further the judge stated the contract was for a "buy In", a very key point in this case.
It might be wise to Amiga Inc. at this point to be on bended knee out to Hyperion with a decent checkbook if they wish the souces.
