Yeah but how many folks are going to buy it when there's a cloud hanging over its future? I personally wouldn'twant to be investing in a new machine while legal wrangles are going on.

But who's going to buy it? There are some who will, but I suspect that most will not want to invest money into a system that could get locked up in a legal ruling, only to end up never being supported again.

they have not been given permission, the judge just said that he isnt going to stop them doing what they are doing.
whether this is illegal or not is still to be decided at trial.
the trial will only go ahead if amiga.inc believe they have answers to everyone of the points the judge made in the the latest pdf.
so hyperion can carry on now hoping amiga.inc will leave them alone or lose the court case, as winning the court case will mean time / money / resources while not being 100% sure amiga.inc will win.
