Lets face it, who outside the Amiga community has even heard of Amiga these days? And those that have tend to be naysayers. The name Amiga is just not associated with computers anymore, maybe because the name Amiga is associated with a bunch of morons who don't actually manufacture any computers nor produce any operating systems.

The Amiga name is dead, it has been a long time to the average "computer" buyer at PC World etc. If the name Amiga has to be dropped because of the idiots that have mishandled everything over the last few years then so what. We know what it is and nly us die hards are likely to buy the product anyway. It is better to have an available product than none, regardless what it is called.

I agree with you. At least, name it and market it each way for different
market segments.
