Well, it should buy the guy a ton more time so at least everybody will get off his back now and stop asking for pictures and things.
That might fly if they had not made most of the announcements after the lawsuit had already been filed. But since they chose to represent themselves as unaffected by it in relation to what they were announcing, its a little late to use it as the delaying excuse now.
