Producing evidence only works if they a) have it *and* b) what they have shows a legal transfer, not a fradulent one. They hardly were able to produce the original contracts, emails they present are often redacted. I don't find it all that hard to believe that Hyperion can achieve this. Also its hard to get around the same players always popping up company to company IMHO.

Lets also not forget that the two newspapers following the Amiga-Kent story may look beyond the surface of whatever Amiga chooses to present as far as the history of transfers. If there is anything found there that is negative it could further help Hyperion.
