I wonder what happens if the court rules against Amiga with regards to Hyperion's counter claim that nothing was legally transferred from Amiga Inc Washington to it's purported successors.

I´m the only one that this situation remembers the situation of Zeta and access?

Access ----- Gateway
Yellowtab-----Amiga Washington
Magnussoft--Amiga Delaware
Bernd Korz---Hyperion entertainment

I hope that this situation not end like Zeta: Gateway claiming thet they did not give licences to nobody and that nobody can use and develop AmigaOS

That covers the Amiga brand, trademarks and IP, AmigaDE/Anywhere, the domain name, and anything thing else that Amino got from gateway. Since Amiga Inc Washington was dissolved what happens to it's assets?

I would assume those with judgements against Amiga Washington could create new legal actions, they would cite documents from this case and attempt to get the IP so that it could be sold to pay off at least a portion of the judgements currently open against Amiga Washington. That said though the brand may not be deemed to have enough monetary value for them to bother. At that point they would probably seek a 3rd party valuation to see if it was even worth it.

@all

Amiga Delaware may need to hire some more lawyers to deal with all these issues.
