if they just release OS4 for classic then maybe they`re not going too far to keep negotiations open.
They repeated a couple of times in the latest document that.....

So they say they are sticking to the A1's and classics only as per the "Agreement". This of course excludes things like SAM, x86 and Efika. If they win the "perpetual license" arguement though, I think the rules change.
