Not really. All they have to do is comply with Amiga Inc.'s demands for access to the AmigaOS4 source code to the extent they are able to give it to them. If they just do that, they will be able to keep the rights they have today by the license agreement and go on marketing and selling AmigaOS4 as before. I really don't see why this is such a problem for Hyperion in the first place. They knew they would have to give the sources to Amiga Inc. in case Amiga demanded it from the very beginning when they signed the agreement.

Here again Hyperion claiming Amiga Washington were liable for costs incurred to get the source codes due to Amiga Wasington's breach of clauses in secton 4 of the Agreement makes the "buy-in" incomplete. Olaf Barthel alone was owed Euro 27,000 with is more than US$25,000
