Maybe the reality of the Amiga Washington breaches of the contract and the financial liabilites of those breaches are now being seen

Well no one's rendered a breach verdict... yet. Reality setting in is having a chilling effect though. Any preconceptions I had at the begining have been shredded by the latest proceedings and the raggety documentation. Also what in the begining seemed to be a haphazard agreement by Hyperion, now may provide the legal loop holes they need to succeed. Hmmph. Of course my preception could be flipped once again by this time next week after the next round. There's certainly no clear place for me to stand and advocate one side or the other. Some others may also feel like they have had the soapbox kicked out from under them too.
