FFS, debts don't just disappear. Bolten Peck even got a court verdict that entitles him as a creditor, how could they possibly have deregistered? They must have gone into bancruptcy, it's the only way of closing the doors on a company with debts surpassing the value of it's assets AFAIK.
If this is the case, Hyperion would only have to look for the court documents and turn to the former Amiga Inc.'s creditors for evidence. The question wether this occured before or after they went into insolvency remains though. IIRC, the sale even occured before Bill McEwen's testimony, making it questionable wether his testimony was accurate since he at the same time claimed that Amiga Inc. was in possession of the AmigaOS IP. _________________ Sammy Nordström, A.K.A.
