BTW, short answer to your rather lengthy post: the courts will decide wether the state of insolvency would apply for the state that Amiga Inc. has been in during the years that the license agreement has been valid and based on this rule wether Hyperion are able to invoke that Insolvency clause or not. That's all I'm saying here and you really can't argue against it.
