I throw around neither, I question, seeking the truth. There are questions to closely examine here. At least we have you asking some important questions now, which I take as quite the accomplishment. Bolton Peck not only has a judgement for money unpaid by Amiga, Inc. but additionally the court saw fit to award a judgement against Bill McEwen personally as an officer of the corporation in the same case. We don't know what ownership stake Bill had and we don't know what if anything he was really owed, we have his word only. For a company not producing much of anything 700,000+ USD owed to him personally seems a bit much. But regardless Bill admits the company (Amiga Washington) can not pay anyone. We keep seeing the names of Pentti, Bill, and Fleecy again and again. If they had new investor money why the new corporations and the saying bye bye to debts by ceasing operations at the older corp.? You operate from the assumption Bill would want to be doing the right thing for former employees. I don't know the man enough to assume that. And so we continue to question. And from a moral point of view, if Amiga Washington sold its IP at a fair valuation why has Bolton seen no money at all?

what the heck is that? around here if a company goes belly up you get nothing. leaving it open you get nothing. really what does it matter. i think they left it open (but shuttered) in case the ip assets are imprperly transferred so they can have a do-over. then again if they file bankrupcy the judge could look at their financial books so they might not want that to happen.
