Ok, let's teach an american about american welfare. Yes, even the U.S. actually has welfare, imagine that! :P
Seriously, there is something in the U.S. they usually refer to as workers' compensation programs. They are generally not voluntary, but state imposed. Basicly, it's a salary insurance for the employee in case the employer goes bancrupt. If Amiga Inc. file for bancruptcy, I'm assuming Bolten Peck and who ever else they owe salary would be compansated through such workers' compensation program.
