Since Hyperions papers and oral arguements yielded the result of a "confused" judge as you have put it and garnered the denied injunction to Hyperion's benefit, why do you think all of a sudden that the judge will now decide that the lawyer for Hyperion now would have a law degree from a "crackerjack box" as you say?
