@samface
Point of the matter Mr Samface is that both parties can do what the hell they want outside the terms of the contract if they both agree.
But go to court and the strict terms of the contract will be what the courts use to resolve the dispute. so if the original contract has not been ammended by written documents agreed by all parties in the format as laid out by the original contract then no dice.
Its been a week since the Judge turned down the Amiga Delaware request for an Injunction. we wait for Amiga Delaware's response.They have opened up a can of worms for which they are unprepared.
Remember Mr Samface that I also said that the Judge would not grant the Injunction, either by not grantng it or by reserving Judgement on it .
I also pointed out the area where there would be trouble from the Amiga Delaware side, the succsession issue or assignment of rights.
You should also note that the two "OS4 core developers" have returned to this forum. with their very good humour intact.This should tell you something about how they see the case going.
PS: I don't know how many have seen the twist of play from that of civil suit to that of gathering evidence for possible criminal charges. This is serious stuff. not a joke. Last edited by Spectre660 on 20-Jun-2007 at 10:47 PM.
