Well ok, I've also done my fair share of "armchair-lawyering", but to go to the extent of predicting the outcome of a court case with such resolution based on nothing but preliminary court hearings... let's just wait and see how things unfolds, ok? Someone I spoke with just the other day said he had been exchanging e-mails with Bill McEwen and let me tell you that he surely didn't sound any less confident in their case either. _________________
