Well, considering that the judge recommended the parties to seriously considering settling this outside the courts due to all the similar cases that the judge had experienced that ended up in extremely long and expensive legal proceedings, I'm not inclined to believe this to be a case he will just throw out.

In any case, I'm so happy that someone responded to me with a simple "ok". Thank you!
