This Amiga Inc vs Hyperion VOF situation is a learing experience for all of us. So each will learn more by being able to hear other points of view.
I feel that Hyperion have the upper hand. Tigger feels that Amiga Delaware have the upper hand . Most others see it from a middle of the road position.
Some of us have a tendancy to evaluate the position based on our perception that certain of the players are not very smart and did some dumb things. This may well turn out to be a mistake for those using this as a basis for their evaluaton .
I have the tendency to evaluate the position by a perception that ceratin of the players are not the most honest. Thus I expect a problem with certain key documentation. This may also turn out to be a mistake on my part.
It is fun to see the Forum arguments and the Court documents as they are filed.
