he tried but it never happened(that i know of) but that is not the point. the point i was trying to convey is that the contract does not limit the customerbase. only the fact that it must be sold and marketed to amiga users. as such hyperion and eyetech can together market to outside customers as well as amiga users.

this is true however even if they did want to do it they couldn't since the macmini was designed and marketed to and for apple users.
