We have a receipt for the $2500 that McEwen wired them. In fact Hyperions lawyer on the point, just came up with $2500+$2250+$20000 is only $24750. Thats absolutely true, and the judge may decide that Hyperion is owed $250. But since McEwen paid them $2500 and Hyperion told Itec that they had paid them $22500 the missing $250 isnt going to be able to be used to keep the OS, Hyperion wrote a receipt for the wrong amount, the best they can count on is the remaining $250. Though I am guessing thats been worked into all the additional payments Itec, KMOS and AI have made over the years to Hyperion. -Tig
