So now you admit that your statement:

Was not true, Hyperion did not send Amiga receipts totalling $25,000. Why do you continually do this? You paint an entirely different picture knowing many aren't reading all the supporting documents.

Thats my issue with your post, you specifically say that Hyperion sent Amiga receipts totally $25,000 when they did not.

Another element you seem fit to twist is that what you call the $2500 Bill McEwen "receipt", its really a wire transfer *request*, not a receipt and is provided by Amiga, not by Hyperion, which the Hyperion lawyer continually has pointed out that its a request only to Bill's bank. Did the money not get sent, did it indeed get sent? Neither you or I can know that, but its not a receipt of a completed wire transfer, plain and simple. And again its certainly nothing that Hyperion issued any receipt for either, at least not that Amiga has been able to show.
