Well I don't really care who is right and who is wrong, what I do know, as confirmed by Bolton Peck, is that Amiga Inc has never given a damn about Amiga OS, they considered it "dead", they were all about DE and the ONLY reason a new Amiga OS exists is because Hyperion persuaded Amiga to sell them a licence to try and revive it.

Amiga's only interest in the Amiga community, as Peck observed, was to treat them like suckers who could be relied upon to cough up a few bucks for a T-shirt or something whenever A Inc was a bit short of cash.

Amiga Inc has never given a HOOT about the Amiga community, has never produced a THING for us, and as far as I'm concerned it would be a disaster for the community if A Inc were to win this case. I want Hyperion to win, I want them to get control of the IP lock stock and barrel, because they are the ONLY company that has kept hope alive for the community, the ONLY company that has come up with a concrete product, and the ONLY company likely to show a continued commitment to the Amiga community.

A Inc will drop us again like a hot potato the instant they've taken our money and found a business opportunity more "promising" to spend it on.

Agree 100%.

Especially the first two paragraphs you wrote were not only observed by Bolton Peck but by ALL of us in the last 7 years. And some people lately just seem to forget too fast!
