sorry to go off on a tangent here, but i have a question and feel you can honestly answer it.
refering to ssolies post before, *if* amiga.inc win the court case, im presuming that hyperion would then not be able to make any money from OS4 at all (contract cancelled and all that) so what would happen to the devs who are expecting money for work done? would they be forced to sue Hyperion (if it is still existing) as only way to get money from their work?
