To me, this is the most disturbing behaviour of all. Hyperion has done a lot for us and we are thankful. But not paying developers when OS4 was "released" is no better than Genesi not paying developers or Amiga Inc. not paying employees. All these corporations belong together in the same unfortunate group where the corporation's existence (i.e. profit) is above all else. Friends of our community indeed--just watch your back if you do any work for any of these "friends." [/rant]
Yeah but you know, this is glass clear to me. If it really was released they'd done that, but the term "released" is something came up with later just so it suits their case.
