That sounds very funny to me. Please ask some old Ainc employee if they get payed already. I know one who have been payed by 'promises' which never realized. So I don't think AInc would ever pay a cent to any current OS4 developer if they already failed to pay their own employees. Bill want the product, because he sold it already... No intention to pay anybody. |
Totally different situation Chip. AI (Washington) doesnt pay some of its employees, nothing happens to the company. AI (Delaware) doenst pay the developers, they dont get the source code and rights they need to sell the OS. I know all about the Ainc employees that didnt get paid, I'm the one who wrote the big article about it and did the timeline everyones quoting from. But not paying Matt or Bolten didnt prevent AI from selling DE, not paying the Friedens (for instance) will prevent AI from getting the OS intact, big difference.
