Tigger, when it suits you you act as if Hyperion has given up certain defenses it has voiced. And you speak as the judge, when you are not the judge, and originally you thought you had it all figured out what the judge would do, and you were wrong.

I'm not speaking for Hyperion, I'm speaking as someone who knows how the US Bankruptcy laws work, at Amiwest 2003, Ben admitted to several of us that he finally understood that "bankruptcy proof contracts" (which is how Ben used to characterize the issue) were impossible under US law.

First of all the case isnt over, and I dont see you putting up any money that Hyperion is going to win, Hyperions is going to lose the case unless Ben has a big Rabbit in his hat, so far most of his Rabbits have been exactly what AI's lawyers needed and wanted as I pointed out earlier.

No, I think legally AI is going to win. Its like the spurs thing I talked about a few weeks ago, or the Ducks a week after that. I'm not a Spurs fan (I've got a 32 Lakers jersey for a reason) but I still thought when the playoffs started that Tim Duncan and company were likely to win it all. Same with the Ducks and Lord Stanley's cup. Also not a Ducks fan. Just because I think AI is going to win, doesnt mean I like AI, its just that legally they are on much better footing, they are, and with the US legal system, thats who usually wins, just like in the last 10 AI cases, when I correctly predicted the winner.
