What if itec are subpoenaed to answer questions and KMOS and AI(W) at the same hearing ?

i'm not either but i don't think it would be necessary to make them a countersuit defendant just to get a subpeona for info or for testimony. as such i am baffled by this course of action. i can't wait to see what happens but i think we are taking the red pill. now how deep does that rabbit hole go.
