Now whether that right ended up at AI(D) eventually or not could be under debate. Hyperion have made a big spiel about the "not" part.
To be fair, they also claim the Itec contract wasn't valid because of the insolvency clause. Whether or not that holds is another matter of course, but just to note that.
Interesting move for sure. I wonder who gets their stuff to eventually stick, both sides are certainly trying to throw as much up there as possible.

Yeah, the whole KMOS item is now out of the picture. I loved in the documents where Hyperion says that Amiga (Washington) and Eyetech didnt agree to Itec acquiring the OS. I mean they might be able to get the Eyetech thing to stick, but they need Eyetech to show up to do that, but Amiga (Washington)? I mean if that is true, Amiga (washington) should sue Hyperion for illegally selling the OS to Itec. -Tig
