You have seen the financial "books" of all these corporations? You must have FACTS on paper IMHO to make a statement like that!  |
Ben Hermans, Bill McEwen and Garry Hare have all said that Itec was the first secured creditor of AI(w), they now say that in the court documents as well. I dont need to see the books to know the transaction was legal since Itec had first secured creditor status, you do understand what that means, right?
