@umisef

Although this is offtopic...

now that OS4 "final" has been released do you plan to release your 680x0 JIT for PPC? It would make E-UAE fly and I'm sure that Richard Drummond (evilrich) would be happy to fix the small FPU bugs it had.

Although it would be just a symbolic quantity of money would a bounty help to motivate you? I'm sure a lot of people would donate just to have a JIT on E-UAE PPC.

I hope you didn't lost the sources ;-D

With Hyperions motion denied, and the circus moving to NY, what's going to happen next? Because I'm a bit lost atm.
Is the NY Itec vs. Hyperion case about the same stuff as the AI(D) vs.Hyperion case, only before a different court?

Many (many :) years back I played in a soccer team; That team's centre forward had a habit of kicking the kickoff straight at the opposition's goal. So if we won the coin toss, the very first action of the game would be a long-distance shot at our opponents' goal. As far as I remember, each and every one of those shots, throughout the season, either missed or was saved. We never scored in that first action. And yet, we won plenty of games that year....

Maybe you should try playing football, instead. There is the off-side rule.

The brilliant move IMHO was Hyperion moving so very quick to lock things into the lawsuit thats in progress.!

To *try* and do that, you mean, right? They filed a motion. I would be extremely surprised if their motion was approved.

Yes they filed the motion and its brilliant they did it so fast, thats the point. Your point "try" doesn't even matter at this point because the judge won't deal with it for what two weeks or so?

So lets say I'm right for the moment and Amiga was going to file a second lawsuit in say New York. If Hyperion beat the filing date of this new lawsuit by filing this motion real fast, then Amiga will have egg on its face in one or both courts. Hyperion may even have stopped another lawsuiti from being filed.....thats possible.
