it's a PASemi electra modified (obviously) mobo

Same. For me it's one of those things of theoretical use that "would really be cool", but they may have some actual applications in mind that we're not aware of, else there wouldn't really be much point at all.

If this is what that chip is at all of course.

Certainly sounds like a fish, but a particular kind of fish - the kind that has to keep moving all the time to force water through its gills, since it can't breathe by itself.

It's also the name of a project that we all thought was dead and buried - The Shark!
