Personally I'm gearing up to watch the latest and greatest edition of the Hyperion VS A. Inc lawsuits

I'm not, lawyers cost money.
And Hyperion is not responsible for Amiga Inc's lack of due diligence or their need to PAY to maintain their trademark registrations.

Further, they are required to actually USE the trademark.
And outside of a couple of licenses for reproduction items like cases, they have failed to produce anything since their scam games package.

While Hyperion has actually produced a NEW Amiga related product.

SO, let 'em try an sue. They'd lose.

Again, I'm not even a Hyperion supporter, BUT I do have an MBA in Business Management.
And this, while no means a done deal, does not look like a winnable situation for AInc.

They ought to close shop and fade away like the bad nightmare they have been for almost 20 years.
