It may be that nobody's done it before because there's been no real NEED to do it. Now we have PPC hardware with no OS4, and OS4 for classics maybe somebody will come up with a way, providing the fear of legal action isn't too high. Don't see how it could be illegal though, providing you have the required Amiga ROMS.

What Kickstart ROM does OS4 require anyway? 3.1?
