Thanks, but I have seen this announcement. I was thinking about a central point for support, not something which differs according to the country you live in or the vendor you purchased from. Since Hyperion apparently (and perhaps understandably) cannot provide such resources, I was asking myself if it might be included in the agreement they made with Acube. Hyperion's announcement in March: "More details regarding the companies’ strategic partnership will be announced shortly." Hmmm...
