Well, the MK2 has never been sold. It's a pre-release board. But you can't really tell, except maybe Adam knows what's different. The MK2 can't run IDE DMA...

There are also issues with the MkII PCI, AFAIK unable to use the PCI slot at all without some board rework/patching. Don't recall what else, but those are the biggies...a few devs got their hands on them for a bit, then the Mkiii because the 'final' micro AFAIK.
