So you are saying that OS4 is coming to this board?

The worst thing I see about it (other than limited expandability) is that it will require a custom case also. But then again, so will the UDT board if it comes in the form shown on the PPCNUX site.

Then again, that may not be a bad thing if the cost is fairly low.
