One of the nicest things in the past was that OS4 devs (Rouge and ethilzilla in first) posts very often in OS4 related topics, but in the last weeks trhat dont happen anymore...
I that days I think that was a really good thing to "hear" something from OS4 developers!

I think it was a little risky for Rogue to say there might be an announcement coming. If Hyperion are unable to announce anything this month, people will be disapointed. He did post a disclaimer, but still theres an air of expectation now. Anyway, good luck Hyperion! I hope we have some nice news in 26 days :)

And that was nice to me and many others I think
However if the announcement will arrive a bit later I think that intelligent guys wont made a bit problem for that...
At this point we all know that Rouge and other OS4 developers works hard for that...

Hyperion should always be able to announce something. Wether Hyperion nor hardware-developers ever had a problem to make announcements in the past.

Sure. There should at least be something tangible by now that is either already finished or decided upon, otherwise Rogue would be doing the same mistake over and over again._________________

Now, this is becoming interesting...
I started to build a house ( a castle ???  ) in 2003 (while waiting for AOS4 ) and at that time I wondered if I manage to build it before Hyperion finalizes/releases AOS4.
Now, thousands of spare time work hours later we plan to move in the house 16 Dec 2006...

trying not to sound too negative here... but it's just news. it could say 'aos4 final will get released around x-mas next year' ;) but yea, i am also positive and hoping, just wanted to get that said.
he didn't hint about os4final or new hw, he hinted about a news item that could say pretty much anything. hehe we gotta prepare ourselves so that we won't get too dissapointed won't we?
