Well we were also supposed to be told who the Manufacturing partner was to be "soon" back on April 29th. Also we were supposed to get "soon" a final ship schedule to be more specific than Summer 2007 for final consumer product shipment of the entry level box.

Manufacturing partner and final ship schedule will be following soon.

Neither has occured that I am aware of.

@fairlanefastback

So what else is new. "Soon" obviously means more than two and a half months here in the Amiga community.

Apparently so. In the meantime I just hope Ivan, Kneedeep, and Jens get back their stuff sometime soon, assuming what they have said is true.

Kneedeep has a working XE thanks to ACube.
Anything else said about the matter would have to come from him.
(Haven't heard from the others)

This must be quite a recent development given what Sundown has said. Any idea about when this was resolved?

Kneedeep had 2 boards.
The one sent to ACube has been returned and is working perfectly, afaik.
The 2nd board, which Adam had, as I said, he would have to comment on.

Sorry the thread was about ACK, not Acube, so I assumed you just typoed the company, sorry. :)

Ok so as far as we know the ACK - Kneedeep issue is still open. Darn, I was hoping we had some progress! :(

I'll give you the short version.

July 2006, my XE dies. Uboot shows up but thats all.

End of July (a couple days later) i pm Adam of ACK and ask him if he can fix it. He says send it to me. And i mail it off to him.

Ivan, don't feel bad. I sent my board to him November 2004 and still have not received it back. I also paid him $575 for the repairs. If he responds to e-mail, several times he mentioned sending it back "tomorrow", or one time he sent it out and it ended up in the UPS "lost and found" for mis-shipped/mis-identified packages.

@AmigaAbattoir

I would forward proof of this to moderators of this site.

There is a pattern that needs to be investigated.

Amigworld needs to protect its members from fraud or members being accused wrongly.

@kirka and everyone,

A bunch of stuff is getting shipped out this week:

1) Chris's board will go out on Monday, and he should have it on Tuesday or Wednesday.

2) I'm just waiting on a few case parts for Ivan's machine that were damaged when the machine was shipped to me, but he'll have it this week.

3) Kneedeep's board will go out around mid-week.

4) Cash flow has improved and the issue with Jens will be finalized within a couple weeks.

@ackcontrls

That is good news for people who currently have business with you.
What about people hoping to do business with you?
Is there any hope of new hardware being produced by yourself for this summer?

@ackcontrls

OK, You work hard om it!
Good!

And now we wait Amiga Inc win in the court!

However, can You ship the new computer with OS 4.0 before
the court is over?

Can You ship the new computer with OS 4.0 if Hyperion win?
(But I'm sure the Amiga Inc win, I ask anyway)

I'm sorry the bad word the community write about You.
