| An Insightful look at the custom chips found in the A500, haven't a clue what he is talking about half the time but found it very interesting.

This one is tribute to all years of suffering and development since 2004 to have AmigaOS 4 living http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1n-sXff0Ng
Combination with a bit pop reggae by Abijah, whereby "Moving to the top" means progress towards features of big OS`s when compared to OS 3.0/3.1 as well as gratitude to all involved (we can do it too
And is a video response to Commodore OS Vision review
All images used are from AmigaWorld OS4 Image album, thanks to all contributors over years! _________________ Future Acube and MOS supporter, fi di good, nothing fi di unprofessionals. Learn it harder way! |

| Here's a non-English video I came across on YouTube that is very nicely done. The event was the recent Amiga X Party in Warsaw, and from the quality of the image and the (sweet!) shallow depth of field in many shots I'd bet it was recorded with a nice DSLR of recent vintage. There may have been multiple cameras as well. The editing is very good too. And -- thank the stars -- the videographer actually had a tripod.
What I like best are the very detailed shots inside and out of an AmigaOne X1000 -- my next computer. You also get nice shots of AmigaOS 4.1 update 5 running on a projection screen. Some Sams are to be seen as well.

At first I thought... Oh no it's a clip from one of those foreign TV shows that somehow always look like their stuck in the 80's and was actually meant to be serious...
Boy was I surprised at the end... nice one... Last edited by Franko on 15-May-2012 at 08:06 AM.

| Here is a quick video showing me control my Mac from my X1000 running TwinVNC.

One day hope to buy one of those video stabilzer hand grips for my iPhone so I can take some of the "I drank too much coffee" jitters during the vid.

| A new video I recorded today showing the AmigaOne 500 running AmigaOS 4. Update 4, Jack and it's JackTunes 'extension' under development and a quick tour of my new work office.
Video is on the on-the-spot and impromptu, perhaps I'll write a rough script next time around so I know what to say without stumbling and mumbling my way through it.
Enjoy lol

| YouTube Analytics reveal that 100% of my video visitors are Male across all my videos for which data is available. How does that compare to other YouTubers videos? Surely there is some female Amiga users out there somewhere?!
I wonder how that compares to say Danwood who has a much larger sample audience. Last edited by djrikki on 10-Jun-2012 at 11:10 PM. Last edited by djrikki on 10-Jun-2012 at 11:09 PM.

Out of 663,448 video views on my YouTube channel I have a 29.4% share of female viewers...
But when you split it down into "Amiga only or computing videos" it drops down to an average of 6% of female viewers...
Two conclusion can be drawn here, females don't like Amigas (or computers) or their more intelligent than males and don't waste their time gibbering or watching videos about them...
Well make that 3 conclusions, they might just be dumb... _________________

Women see tech as jewellery these days The Amiga hasn't really got the bling factor that tablets, smart phones and Apple products have therefore they're not interested in general! _________________ "Art challenges technology.
