I do not care what type of IBM compatible PC you produce, I will stick to Dell, or HP, or Toshiba, or Sony, or Acer.

Not worthy of a thread at all, I get fed up saying this but I will continue to do so until people start to realise that CUSA, A.inc etc.. etc... own sod all and witch could be proven quite easily by a team of competent lawyers & somebody willing to pay them...

Look very carefully through the entire history of the handling of every aspect of the original Commodore's bankruptcy and all the court cases & contract signings since and even if your not a legal expert you will find more than enough instances of, judgements being made based on facts either being deliberately hidden or not revealed, legal deadlines being missed, contracts being signed outwith their legal boundaries and a whole plethora of other legally questionable actions that could easily be picked apart in a court of law...

It's all there just do as I have and study the entire process, then we can all stop asking pointless questions such as "who has the legal rights to use what" and stop getting your knickers in a twist over statements by Barry & Dammy that basically mean bugger all at the end of the day...

PS: That's not aimed at you #6 in particular it's aimed at those in the Amiga community at large who run around like headless chickens everytime someone makes a stupid announcement like the one Barry boy made (He really should have hired a decent team of lawyers before he wasted his money on that one)...
