Have you tried the latest version of NetSurf? Because it's stability improved a lot in the last few releases. I would also recommend disabling frames, as they seem to cause a lot of problems (crashes) for me. You can disable frames with the line "no_iframes:1" (no quotes) in the NetSurf/Resources/Options file.

I agree. It's usefull I think and lots of pages are usable now that wasn't with the old amiga browsers. Sure OWB works better over all but I use NetSurf for the pages that works and OWB for the rest. IBrowse is only launched for reading HTML e-mails and to download YAM upgrades.

I tried it last time a few weeks ago.. Alot of sites just crash it/lock it up completely and it also seems insanely slow on my sam even compared to timberwolf. I also have the latest updates and patches for OS and had same experience with previous versions as well.

This is why i find it weird that people say it is usable considering how unstable it is on my system.

Edit: I have not tried disabling frames yet though.
