@anyone

What are the biggest (technical) stumbling blocks to get iOS games also for AOS4?
Lack of 3D drivers? Lack of Unity3D "engine" for AOS4?

(IMHO, iOS HW is too pricey, one expensive hobby is enough for me)

@TorbenLarsen

Thanks :) It took us ~2,5 months [as unexperienced developers]. Now we believe we could do the same game in 3-4 weeks :) We are now in development of new games and Tweens for other platforms. I wish it could be ported to Amiga [from PC], just I have no idea how to do it.

Anyway, here is another very good game review, just out :)

@TorbenLarsen

Well, don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, but the sad truth is:
at this moment OpenGL support on AmigaOS is nothing but laughable. If you're lucky and have an antique Radeon 9200 or so you can get the very very basic OpenGL functionality.

I know Hyperion is on it, I know Hans is working on the Radeon HD driver, and I extremely appreciate all that, but nevertheless:
it's not done. And it looks like the latest OS update didn't improve that situation.

It's of course far from being a trivial task and man-power is low in Amigaland, so I'd not be surprised if it'll still be a long time until we see GLSL or anything on everybodys Amigas.

Depending on the type of game and what is supported of openGL or depth etc. in OS4. It could be of significance to get some clearification on OS4 and openGL support in trying to convince people to actually port stuff to OS4. :)
Anyone with links about OS4 and openGL?

The current state convinced me NOT to port my otherwise completed (and portable) Atomic Bomberman remake... :P
