@TheDaddy

Very exciting!

Does that Gigabyte board work well with AROS per chance?

I have tested icaros desktop live and it boots then stops on that board but it works fine on another Gigabyte board. I haven't had time to check other versions.
Of course you'll need a board you're sure it's fully supported.

Hi!

I must admit I was very very skeptical at the beginning, since I found the first iterations of your case just huge, heavy and useless. But now I see that your case grew up and improved greatly :) Well done!

I must say I really like it. I think you should try (unless you do that already ) to promote it also outside the amiga community. I can bet you would find many people all around the would who would love to have their "desktop" machine hidden in the keyboard.

Good luck!

First come first serve on choice of colour.
Cheers!

@kyle

Are you going to put a Sam460 in there and run OS4 and MorphOS?

@scabit

Hi Scott,

Sorry for the late reply...

A 3.5" HDD should fit, I have tried a Samsung 80GB I found in a drawer

But I wouldn't advise to use it. They are too heavy, bulky and use too much power and release too much heat. You'll also have to find a way to attach it to the base.

I would definitely go for a 60-240GB SSD = no noise, no heat, less power or if you have to get a 2.5" HDD, the one in the video is a 7200 rpm...quick.
