My suggestions merely reflected some of the more poignant contributions to the discussion over 1400+ posts. One would rarely label a discussion based on the general "me too" contributions.

Given that threads and posts are kept for a long while this forum also serves posterity. There was indeed a time in early 2015 when we wondered if Hyperion Entertainment was bankrupt.

Any member of this forum is free to start a new thread with the title 'Hyperion Entertainment No Longer Bankrupt?'. If we start altering titles to suit the message then the idea of a 'forum' is brought into question.

His reasoning:

I don't think it had ended up in court if it was just a temporary very small sum like they said, forgot to pay a bill is just a ridiculous excuse.

I think it's got to be a long-term problem with no opportunities to pay so someone has fed Hyperion money.

Should tell you that most ppl are really tired of the negative threads/posts on both sites & this thread serves no usefull purpose at this point & should be locked as well. Whats nasty & whats not is interpeted different by everyone, if you get out-voted, too bad.

None required, all I wanted was for post #1 to be accurate. As you can see, the title hasn't changed for all the other posts.

We will never know what really happend or how it was resolved, its now down to guesses & theories, most of which will be wrong.
