Yes, this is the mail that Sven from Cinemaware sent to all people who preordered (and paid) a copy of Wings RE.
I received this mail too.

Looking forward to receiving the second, more specific mail, on Monday

Cool, did’nt get the email, but it nice to get another update. I am a bit worried however reading more on them threads about how poor Sven customer service seems to be, no one should get death threats who ever sends these out are sad losers, but if you don’t get what you pay for it it should be a simple refund, and it more than just one user complaining about cinemware so I hope I get the game one day, I don’t mind delays (this is the Amiga world after all) just being kept updated is nice as when I saw it supposed released at German show I did kinda think WTF? Where my copy?

Daniel is still working on porting but the wheels seem to have fallen off at Cinemaware Retro.

Just looked at the Original Wings boxed.

Nice to get it. How could some scrap so much done job? Like Golem.. No. This Should be good.


Just did 2 days and nights nearly in a row some tax things everybody likes but has to be done and so Happy that it's ready to post!


I wish the job is done but go outside for a day and eat well and sleep good and don't care about the internet was the thing here and total silence;) (Amigagirls loved me putting up the trampoline or whatever yesterday in English where they Love to jump)

Well 8 months has passed since it surpposly got released to non backer of the game, I think I waited enough, try to checked my cinemaware account today, but cant log in and it says worryingly that my email/username is not recognised so I’ve message them my problem and wish for refund, but I have a bad feeling about this and think I may of lost my £50+ :(

anyone else have issues with there accounts,

hopefully they will get in touch, we will see, if I get my money back I will buy tower 57 which I believe is by the same developer and would buy wings (when its out!). But unfortunately because of this I wont be pre-order a game again, unless it from a very reliable source.

I can log in to my account fine.

Thanks for the reminder. I logged into my account there and noted that I paid $63.95 in June 2016. I inquired about a refund, but I'd frankly be happy if they would share with me the game as it exists and was released to others while they continue to work on the final version.

I just tried logging in and also had username/email not recognized.

There was a demoversion, e-mail and some news.

Now stand up and do the final release or explain (again) what's up?

Do you guys understand that the game was coded using a tool called Unity3D, so it is not a port but a rewrite of the game !

I would like to buy this game, but only as a download version. I would feel guilty to put box etc. to bin, as I don't have a interest to them.
