Where is any information about Cloanto getting anything 2009 at the time of settlement?

I am a little confused now

As I understand it the lawsuit between Cloanto and Hyperion is about Hyperion breaking the settlement by selling 68k stuff (roms and the 3.1.4 series) because Cloanto thinks that the settlement only allowed Hyperion to use 3.1 sources as base for 4.X whereas Hyperion interprets the settlement as a general allowance to do anything with 3.1

Regarding your link: Some consider diversity preachers also as extemists. But I'm sure that you don't agree either. . Some guy writing a book is no universal truth. Just a confirmation of your own bias.

395,000€ x 0.50 = 197,500€ owed

if taxed as a business...

395,000€ x 0.25 = 98,750€ owed
